ESP8266 ESP-07 Wifi To Serial Module 32-bit MCU & 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
The ESP8266 provides a complete and standalone Wi-Fi networking solution that allows it to host the application or offload all Wi-Fi network functions from another application processor.
When the ESP8266 application is hosted and is the only application processor on the device, it can boot directly from an external flash. In such applications, the cache is integrated to increase system performance and minimize memory requirements.
Alternatively, wireless internet access serving as a Wi-Fi adapter can be added to any microcontroller-based design with a simple connection via the UART interface or CPU AHB bridge interface.
If you want to learn more about how to use this device, you can check out the datasheet, I hope this helps you. 😊
