Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description, our products are legally considered spare parts. Since they are offered for sale in the form of an open circuit, not a closed form, they are very prone to error and therefore only the first working guarantee is given to our products. 

In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see the damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product, or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty. 



Promotions and campaign products belonging to the product to be returned must be returned at the same time, and the associated gift certificates, if any, are also canceled. In order to prevent the return process, you can send a notification to the e-mail address. 

*Return invoice must be issued by the institution for the return of products whose invoices have been issued on behalf of the institution. The issued returned invoice should be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT). 


Return Policy 

  1. a) Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, and package have been opened after delivery; the right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
  2. b) The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that are shaped by the wishes of the consumer and prepared in a personalized way, goods that are likely to expire and are perishable.
  3. c) The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
  4. d) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal for packaged products, the packaging of the product must be unopened, and intact and the product must not be used. Returns of products sent as returns without their original packaging will not be accepted.

After the returned products are received, the packaging, accessories, and invoice will be checked by OTMega. 

Following this information, in case of a faulty product that you will deliver to us via the courier company, a gift voucher amounting to the value of your request at the time of return can be defined to you, the price of the product can be refunded to you within 3 working days or it can be replaced with a new one. If the payment method is “Credit Card”, the money will be refunded to your credit card online, and if it is “Money Transfer/EFT” or “Payment at the Door”, the money will be refunded to the account belonging to the IBAN you have specified. The reflection of the refund on your account/card may vary according to the processing times of the banks. 

If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential. 


Damaged or deformed product 

When receiving the product, we recommend that you check the product for any noticeable damage or deformation in the cargo and packaging, alongside the cargo officer. If you detect any deformation as a result of your controls, we ask the officer to keep a “Damage Determination Report” and send the cargo back with the same officer. The cargo receipt is required if the product is damaged or deformed. Otherwise, the damage report may not be accepted. 

When the cargo company informs OTMega that the product is damaged; the return procedure will be started and the product amount will be refunded. 


Defective or broken Product 

All our products are guaranteed to work first. If you have a malfunction problem during the first operation of your product, return/repair, etc. within the scope of the warranty. What needs to be done for the processes and the operation are given below: 

You must inform us that the product is defective/broken by sending an e-mail to within 14 days after the delivery. 

Please send us the Return Section on the invoice printout and the Faulty Product Acceptance Form you filled out, together with the product you think is defective/defective. You can send it to the address below, with the courier companies listed below, by specifying the agreement number against them and paying the buyer:

After OTMega receives the defective/defective product that you have sent by cargo, its packaging and accessories are checked and sent to our technical team for examination. 

Tests and reviews by the technical team take a maximum of 1 week. 


You will be contacted by e-mail in order to receive information during fault detection. If we cannot reach you within 3 working days, your product will be put on hold for 30 days without continuing the technical work and no action will be taken on the device. 

As a result of the tests and examinations, if the problematic product condition is detected as you have stated, either the product will be replaced with a new one according to your preference, or the “product price” will be refunded to you within 3 working days. All cargo expenses in this case will be covered by OTMega. 

If the product under warranty is detected as a malfunction/defect, “user error” (dropping, liquid contact, faulty connection, etc.) caused by user error, product replacement, and no refund will be made. In such cases, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

If no problem is detected in your product as specified, we will notify the customer about the operation of the product via e-mail and send the product back to the customer. In this case, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

As a result of the technical tests, you will be notified by e-mail about the latest status of the product. According to the result, delivery information is requested for the product to be changed or found to be problem-free, and the tracking number is sent to you for cargo shipments. Products that are not received within 3 working days or whose current delivery address is not forwarded are put on hold for 30 days and no action is taken regarding the product. Our company is not responsible for products that are not received within the 30-day waiting period. 

Our company cannot be held responsible for the lack of backups in your system in memory products and the data loss that may occur after the operations are performed on the device. 

No pirated, copied, or unlicensed software is installed on our service. Our service cannot be held responsible for such pre-installed software. 


Missing Item/Accessory 

  1. a) The invoices we have prepared for your orders are sent to you in a transparent bag on the product packages, visibly. Your invoice for the product you purchased will be sent to the e-mail address you used when registering with our system.
  2. b) In case of missing products/accessories, we kindly ask you to check the products in the package delivered with the invoice you received first. A partial delivery (the products in the same order are packaged separately) may also be delivered in your order. You can check the shipping dates and product status of your orders on the “Order Tracking” page.
  3. c) If you have detected that a missing product has been sent to you after your checks, you must notify us by e-mail as “There is a Missing Product in My Order” to within 14 days after the delivery sent


  1. d) If you have determined that any part of a product you purchased is missing after your controls, you must notify us by e-mail as “Product Apparatus/Accessory Missing” to within 14 days after the delivery, the missing part is from the manufacturer. It will be sent to your address with free shipping within 10 working days upon request.


Wrong product 

  1. a) If the product you order/invoice and the product delivered is not the same, you must notify by specifying “Return and Return” within 14 days after the delivery.
  2. b) After your application, you can send the wrong product back to us without paying a shipping fee with the “courier postcode” we have sent you.
  3. c) After the product is received by OTMega, its packaging, and accessories are taken under the control of the Supplier Company and logistics for inspection. If no deterioration is detected in the product/packaging, the correct product will be sent to your address free of charge.
  4. d) If the product cannot be found to be faulty during the inspection, it can be returned by informing you.
